INTET Asia

Background INTET ASIA was established by the Asian and Pacific Centre for Transfer of Technology (APCTT) in 1994. The objective of the network is to facilitate transfer of environmentally sound technologies (ESTs), both manufacturing and cleaning ones to small and medium-scale enterprises (SMEs).

  • Free advertising in the Asia Pacific Tech Monitor

  • Free advertising through the website of APCTT and other associated portals/networks

  • Assistance and support services in technology transfer negotiations

  • Subsidised participation in technology transfer events organised by APCTT

  • Discounts on fees, such as 50 % discount on subscription fee of Asia Pacific Business e-Coach (semi-annual) on CD ROM, which covers cross-pollinated how-to guides & case studies; 50 % discount on handling fees (if applicable) on technology opportunity profiles; and wavier of the requirement of the initial deposit for the Partner Search Services

Geographical Coverage:
INTET ASIA members are companies/organisations located in or having business interests in Asia. It has formed business partnerships in more than 20 countries worldwide. As of June 2004, INTET ASIA has had members in Bangladesh, India, Malaysia, Nepal, Netherlands, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Russia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom. Membership Fees: INTET ASIA annual membership fee is US$ 200 (or Ind.Rs. 5,000) for companies from developing countries and US$ 300 for companies from developed countries.
