Heat Pipe
We need technology to manufacture heat pipes. Heat pipes are heat transporting devices having very high thermal conductivities. The flow of heat pipes is unidirectional and the thermal conductivity is several hundred times that of copper. The fabrication process is easy and operating temperature range is upto 200 degree celsius.
